Tri-County Literacy Council is offering a free training program designed to provide wellness strategies especially for persons in employment and education settings. Learn to identify negative thought patterns and free yourself of crippling negativity in a positive and supportive learning environment.
As you progress in the program and learn strategies for Workforce Wellness, you will also improve your Essential Skills: reading, writing, numeracy, thinking, oral communication, working with others, document use, digital technology, and continuous learning.
This valuable free training is for those wishing to improve their mental health or help someone else cope.
