Mental Illness Awareness Walk

Mental Illness Awareness Week (MIAW) is an annual national public education campaign designed to help open the eyes of Canadians to the reality of mental illness.

This year, CMHA-Champlain East is celebrating 50 years and wants to invite the community to our annual event to learn about community resources and wellness vendors, hear testimonials of recovery and hope from individuals living with mental illness, get moving with a community walk around downtown Cornwall, and come together for connection with a  free community BBQ by Optimist Club following the walk.
