BDO Cornwall is sponsoring a food drive in support of the Agape Centre on Thursday, October 4, 2018 between 3:30 and 7:00 pm at Baxtrom’s Your Independent Grocer. It’s time to replenish the shelves of the Agape with soup, rice, pasta, cereal and potatoes. For the past 4 years, we have raised over 2500 lbs of potatoes plus many other required items.
They are also accepting cash donations or gift cards to purchase perishable items. Donation receipts will be available for contributions with a value over $20.
Together with Baxtrom’s Your Independent Grocer we hope to exceed our collections from the previous years! Please come and join us to support our local Food Bank at 31 Ninth Street on Thursday afternoon. Hope to see you there!
