Summer Mood Walks

Mood Walks is a provincewide initiative that promotes physical activity in nature, or “green exercise,” as a way to improve both physical and mental health. Led by the Canadian Mental Health Association, Ontario, in partnership with Hike Ontario and Conservation Ontario. The program aims to target four key elements (Physical activity, social connection, skill building and nature).  Join us each week rain or shine as we explore themes around communication, mindfulness, team building and self-care.
